Siskiyou County Municipal Code Art. 13 Variances

The Board, upon recommendation of the Health Officer or the local EMS agency, may grant a variance to a provider agency from any of the provisions of this Chapter applicable to such provider agency to the extent allowed under Federal, State, and local law, if it finds such actions necessary to protect the public health, safety, or welfare. In the case where a provider agency has entered into a valid EMS provider agreement with the local EMS agency for services, such variances shall be specified within such agreement.
