Siskiyou County Municipal Code Art. 11 Indemnification

Any licensee under this Chapter shall to the fullest extent permitted by law, protect, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the County, its elective and appointive boards, officers, agents and employees, and the local EMS agency and EMS medical director(s), from any and all claims, suits, liabilities, expenses, costs, damages, or judgments of any nature, including attorney fees, for injury to, or death of, any person, and for injury to any property, including consequential damages of any nature resulting therefrom, arising out of, or in any way connected with any acts or omissions by, or on behalf of the ambulance provider agency, its officers, employees, agents or contractors in performing or failing to perform any services or functions provided for or referred to or in any way connected with any work, services, or functions to be performed by such ambulance provider agency, its officers, employees, agents, or contractors under this Chapter.
