Sec. 2-16.301. - District Attorney investigators.

The County of Siskiyou, State of California, declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State of California under the provisions of Penal Code Section 13522. Pursuant to Penal Code Section 13510(a) and (b), the Siskiyou County District Attorney's Office will adhere to standards of recruitment and training established by the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) for recruiting and training public District Attorney investigators.

Sec. 2-16.302. - Inquiry by Commission on peace officer standards and training.

Pursuant to Section 13512, the Commission shall make such inquiries as it deems appropriate to determine whether the Siskiyou County District Attorney's Office is adhering to the standards for recruitment training established pursuant to Chapter 1, Title 4 commencing with Section 13500 of the Penal Code.
