1-16-1: CITY PRINTING; BIDS TO BE TAKEN:

The Clerk shall publish in the newspaper doing the City printing, for two (2) weeks prior to the last meeting of the Council in each year, a notice for bids for doing the City printing, according to specifications to be kept on file by him, during the next succeeding year, to be presented to the Council at their last regular meeting in December, at which time it will take action concerning the same. 1
