Sec. B32-5. - Fire prevention.¶
(a) General. It shall be the duty of every person to make the suppression and prevention of fire his or her first consideration while using the Matadero Creek Trails.
(b) Fires prohibited. No person shall build, light, or maintain a fire within or on the Matadero Creek Trails.
(c) Fireworks prohibited. No person shall possess or use any fireworks, model rockets, or pyrotechnic device of any description within or on the Matadero Creek Trails.
(d) Smoking. No person shall smoke within or on the Matadero Creek Trails.

Sec. B32-6. - Dumping; littering; cleanliness.¶
No person shall leave bottles, broken glass, wastepaper, garbage, rubbish or waste of any kind within or on the Matadero Creek Trails except in receptacles designated for such purpose.

Sec. B32-7. - Wildlife.¶
No person shall feed, hunt, harass or take wildlife.
As used in this section, "taking" means hunting, pursuing, catching, capturing, possessing or killing, or attempting to hunt, pursue, catch, capture, possess or kill any wild bird, mammal, reptile, amphibian or parts thereof.

Sec. B32-8. - Protection of improvements.¶
No person shall cut, carve, paint, mark, paste or fasten any bill, advertisement, inscribe or otherwise disfigure any fence, wall, building, sign or monument or any other object within or on the Matadero Creek Trails.
