Sec. B14-35.1. - Noise regulations.

(a) It is unlawful within any Park Area for a person to willfully make or continue, or cause to be made or continued, any loud, unnecessary, or unusual noise which disturbs the Soundscape, peace, or quiet within any Park Area or which causes discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivities who may be using any Park Area, as determined by the park ranger on duty or any peace officer.

(b) Amplified Sound, Music, or Noise may only be allowed by a Valid Permit issued by the Director.
