Sec. B14-32.1. - Disorderly conduct.

(a) Any of the following persons is guilty of disorderly conduct:

(1) Any person who willfully harasses, interferes with, or disobeys a lawful order from a County employee in the performance of his or her duties in a Park or Park Waters.

(2) Any person who by his or her conduct, or by threatening or profane language, annoys, willfully molests or unreasonably interferes with the use of a Park or Park Waters by any other person.

(b) A person who violates or fails to comply with this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. B14-32.2. - Public offense.

(a) A person who commits a public offense in a Park or on Park Waters must leave the Park immediately when directed to do so by a park ranger or any peace officer and must stay out of the Park for a 24-hour period immediately after a park ranger or any peace officer requests that a person leave the park.

(b) A person who violates or fails to comply with any part of this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies provided in this Division or any other law, ordinance, or regulation.

Sec. B14-32.3. - Possession of alcoholic beverages.

(a) The Director may designate and establish areas within the boundaries of any Park in which the possession of any Alcoholic Beverage is prohibited or limited. The Director will post signage in such areas setting forth the prohibition or limitations thereof.

(b) A person who violates or fails to comply with any part of this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Sec. B14-32.4. - Gambling prohibited.

No person shall participate in any game of chance or in gambling of any form in any Park Area.

Sec. B14-32.5. - Nudity prohibited.

No person over the age of five years shall be nude in public view, regardless of whether anyone else is present to view the nudity while in any Park Area.

As used in this section, "nude" means unclothed or in such a state of undress as to expose any part or portion of the pubic or anal region or genitalia of any person, or any portion of the breast at or below the areola thereof of any female person.

Sec. B14-32.6. - Public urination/defecation.

No person shall urinate or defecate in public or in a Park Area except in a urinal, toilet or commode located in a bathroom, restroom, or other structure enclosed from public view and designated by the Director for such purpose.
