Sec. A35-4. - Definitions.¶
(a) The definitions contained in the California Political Reform Act of 1974 are incorporated herein and shall govern the interpretation of this division, unless the Board enacts definitions in this division which are specifically applicable hereto and which conflict with the definitions in the California Political Reform Act of 1974. In that case, the definitions contained herein shall control the interpretation of this division.
