Sec. 21-41. - Engineering check.

In all areas where any community sewage disposal system is to be installed which is not within the boundaries of or proposed to be annexed to a special district having the power to check and approve engineering design and inspect and make requirements for sewage disposal systems, the appropriate county official or officials will check all engineering designs and specify requirements, inspect and approve all construction of sewage disposal systems.
