Chapter 27.12 — FEES

For the purpose of reimbursement of the City for the administration of this title, the Council shall, by resolution from time to time, fix the amount of fees to be charged for processing all applications and appeals provided for in this title. Said resolution may contain provisions for refunds where applications have been withdrawn.
