2-2900 - RECRUITMENT AND TRAINING.¶
While receiving any State Aid pursuant to Article 3, Chapter 5, Title 7, Part 3, of the Penal Code of the State of California, commencing with Section 6040, the County of San Joaquin will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the Board of Corrections.

2-2901 - CHARGE FOR THE COST OF PROBATION SERVICES.¶
The provisions of Section 1203.1b of the Penal Code of the State of California relating to charges for the cost of probation investigation and supervision services are hereby made applicable in San Joaquin County.

2-2902 - CHARGE FOR THE COST OF STEPPARENT ADOPTIONS.¶
When the Probation Department conducts an investigation as required by Section 9001 of the Family Code of the State of California as part of a stepparent adoption, the stepparent shall pay a charge set by the Board of Supervisors by resolution based on actual costs not to exceed seven hundred dollars ($700.00).

2-2903 - CHARGE FOR THE COST OF SEALING JUVENILE RECORDS.¶
The provisions of Section 903.3 of the Welfare and Institutions Code of the State of California relating to the cost of sealing juvenile records are hereby made applicable in San Joaquin County. By resolution, the Board of Supervisors shall set the charge for sealing juvenile records in an amount not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
