11-1300 - GENERALLY.

The air traffic and flight rules of the Federal Aviation Administration contained in Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations govern the operation of Aircraft in the County.

11-1301 - ADHERENCE.

Strict adherence to the federal air traffic rules and regulations adopted in this title is required. Variance is permitted only when directed by the Air Traffic Control Tower.

11-1302 - TRAFFIC PATTERNS.

Traffic patterns will be directed and approved by the Air Traffic Control Tower.

11-1303 - ALTITUDES.

Altitudes in the traffic pattern will be: one thousand feet (1,000') for aircraft or downwind leg.

11-1304 - ENTRY AND EXIT.

Entry to and exit from the traffic pattern shall conform to the traffic pattern diagram or conform to noise abatement procedures for the runway in use. Safe distances shall be maintained between all Aircraft in the pattern and in landing and taking-off.
