SEC. 1333.5. CONDITIONS.

(a) Conditions on approval of a vesting tentative map may relate wholly or in part to any improvements or structures which may be constructed within, or associated with, the subdivision, as well as to the subdivision itself. (b) Conditions may be required to be fulfilled before or after such filing of the related final or parcel map. Where such conditions are to be fulfilled after filing of the related final map, the subdivider shall furnish security for performance including but not limited to security satisfying the requirements of California Government Code Section 66499.
