Article 10 — CONSISTENCY WITH STATE LAW

SEC. 1398. SUBDIVISION MAP ACT PROVISIONS.

If any Section, Subsection, sentence or provision of this Code is ruled inconsistent with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California as a result of passage of any Senate or Assembly bills amending said Act, such said Section, Subsection, sentence or provision shall be deemed to have been amended to comply with said Act, so as to bring the intent of this Code in conformance therewith. Notwithstanding the above, such said amendment or amendments shall not in any way invalidate or change any other portion of this Code. (Added by Ord. 86-81, App. 2/20/81)
