Chapter 29A — APPROVAL OF POWER PLANT; PLANNING CODE SEC. 303

SEC. 29A.1.

The Board of Supervisors shall not approve any Power Plant (as defined in Planning Code Section 102), including approval of project funding and contract approvals, unless it finds that the Power Plant is consistent with the criteria set forth in Planning Code Section 303(q).
