SEC. 77.9. COMMISSION RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Commission shall adopt such rules and regulations to implement San Francisco Charter Section D3.750-4 and this Chapter as it deems appropriate. The rules and regulations may include, but shall not be limited to: appeal and hearing procedures, standards for granting or denying requests for jurisdiction and rehearing, standards for affirming and denying Department findings on suspensions, and requirements for notice and mailing in addition to those set forth in this Chapter.
