SEC. 72.7. ENFORCEMENT.

Whenever a landlord violates any part of this Chapter, any aggrieved tenant may file a civil action for injunctive relief, money damages, and whatever other relief the court deems appropriate. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney's fees and costs pursuant to order of the court. The remedy afforded by this Section is cumulative to other existing remedies available to a tenant.
