SEC. 72.5. RENT INCREASES DURING LEAD HAZARD WORK.

It shall be unlawful for a landlord to increase the amount of rent for any vacated unit pursuant to this chapter, except as otherwise permitted by Chapter 37 of the San Francisco Administrative Code.
