SEC. 42.22. QUARTERLY REPORTS TO BOARD OF SUPERVISORS.

The authority shall file with the Board of Supervisors at quarterly intervals a detailed report of all its transactions, including a statement of all revenues and expenditures. The budget of the authority shall be transmitted to the Board of Supervisors and approved annually by the Board of Supervisors in conjunction with the annual budget of the City and County of San Francisco.
