Chapter 42 — INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
SEC. 42.18. ESTABLISHMENT OF RULES.

Except for any applicable provisions of the Act prescribing rules for the proceedings of the authority, the authority shall establish rules for its proceedings. The authority shall submit to the Board of Supervisors for approval guidelines and priority businesses and types of facilities to be provided financing under this ordinance.
