Chapter 42 — INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY

SEC. 42.20. DUTIES OF CHAIRPERSON.

The Chairperson shall: (a) sign all contracts on behalf of the authority; (b) perform other duties imposed by the Board.
