Sec. 10-136. - Location.¶
No license to conduct, carry on or maintain a pocket billiard or billiard room shall be granted for any other place or locality than a room or place situated on the ground floor of the building where the billiards are proposed to be conducted.

Sec. 10-137. - Hours of operation.¶
All conditional pocket or billiard rooms shall be closed to the public between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m.

Sec. 10-138. - Minors prohibited.¶
No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to play or to remain in any pocket billiard or billiard room, either as an employee, guest, visitor, spectator or otherwise.

Sec. 10-139. - Entrances.¶
The street door or entrance front to any pocket billiard and billiard room shall be so constructed that the public walking along or being in the street in front thereof may at all times see the occupants of the billiard room and the contents thereof.

Sec. 10-140. - Connecting rooms.¶
No other room shall be connected with any pocket billiard or billiard room, except such as are necessary for lavatory and storeroom purposes, provided that nothing contained in this section shall prohibit a bowling alley or box-ball alley being maintained in conjunction with any pocket billiard or billiard room.
