Editor's note— Ord. No. 1536, § 2, adopted Oct. 21, 2002, repealed ch. 70 in its entirety. Section 3 of said ordinance enacted a new ch. 70 as herein set out. The former ch. 70, §§ 70-1—70-5, 70-31—70-38, 70-66—70-69, 70-126—70-128, 70-156—70-162, 70-191—70-204, 70-231—70-242, and 70-271—70-275, pertained to solid waste and derived from Code 1957, §§ 11.1—11.16, 11.18—11.39, 11.41—11.58, 11.58.1, 11.59, 11.60, 11.62, and 11.63.
