Sec. 78-37. - Additional requirements.

In addition to the tentative, final and parcel maps required pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act, Government Code § 66410 et seq., the following requirements shall be met:

(1)

A parcel map shall be required for any subdivision for which a tentative and final map is not required by the Subdivision Map Act, Government Code § 66410 et seq., except when such act specifically provides that a parcel map shall not be required for a particular type of project or the requirement of a parcel map has been waived pursuant to division 3 of this article.

(2)

A tentative parcel map shall be required for all subdivisions described by Government Code § 66426(a)—(e) and for subdivisions creating four or fewer parcels.

(3)

No parcel maps shall be required for lot line adjustments. The applications for lot line adjustments shall be submitted to the planning department on such forms and with such attachments as may reasonably be required by that department. The planning director shall approve lot line adjustments. If an applicant is dissatisfied by any action taken by the planning director, the decision of the planning director may be appealed to the planning commission within 15 days of the date of mailing a notice of the action taken by the planning director to the applicant.

(4)

A tentative and final map shall be required for a condominium project and community apartment project and any conversion of a dwelling to a stock cooperative.
