Sec. 78-208. - Private streets, alleys or ways.

(a)

Private streets, alleys or ways will be permitted in a subdivision only when the welfare of the occupants of the subdivision will be better served and the public's welfare will not be impaired through the use thereof or the kinds of improvements thereon. Such private street, alley or way shall not be offered for dedication and shall be shown on the final tract or parcel map as parcels lettered alphabetically.

(b)

All such accessways shall be governed by maintenance agreements. The agreements shall be approved by the city and made a part of the property deeds.
