§ 7.48.010. Defined—Applicability of provisions.¶
A. As used in this chapter the word "bicycle" means any device upon which a person may ride, which is propelled by human power through a system of belts, chains, or gears having either two or three wheels, one of which is at least twenty inches in diameter, or having a frame size of at least fourteen inches, or having four or more wheels.
B. The provisions of this chapter are applicable to motorized bicycles.

§ 7.48.090. Riding on sidewalk prohibited.¶
A. Except as provided in subsection B, no person shall ride a bicycle upon any sidewalk.
B. Persons under the age of ten years may ride bicycles on sidewalks in residential districts.

§ 7.48.110. Violations.¶
Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction. No fine imposed for any such violation shall exceed five dollars.
