§ 7.28.010. Driving through funeral procession.¶
No operator of any vehicle shall drive between the vehicles comprising the funeral procession or a parade, providing that such vehicles are conspicuously so designated. The directing of all vehicles and traffic on any street over which such funeral procession or parade wishes to pass shall be subject to the orders of the police department.

§ 7.28.020. Motor vehicles upon private driveways.¶
No person shall operate or drive a motor vehicle in or across any private driveway approach or the driveway itself without the consent of the owner or occupant to the property, if a sign or markings are in place indicating that use of such driveway is prohibited.

§ 7.28.030. Driving vehicles upon posted property prohibited.¶
No person shall operate or drive a motor vehicle upon any private property within the city where signs forbidding trespass have been posted at intervals of not less than three per mile along the exterior boundaries of such property and all roads and trails entering such property without first having obtained written permission from the owner of such property, his or her agent, or the person in lawful possession thereof.

§ 7.28.040. New pavement or markings.¶
No person shall ride or drive any animal or any vehicle over or across any newly made pavement or freshly painted markings in any street when a barrier sign, cone marker, or other warning device is in place warning persons not to drive over or across such pavement or marking, or when any such device is in place indicating that the street or any portion thereof is closed.

§ 7.28.050. Limited access.¶
No person shall operate a vehicle onto or from any limited access roadway except at such entrances and exits as are lawfully established.

§ 7.28.060. Bypassing official traffic control devices.¶
No person shall operate a motor vehicle so as to bypass any official traffic control device by traversing private or public property to avoid compliance with such device.

§ 7.28.070. Excessive acceleration of vehicle.¶
No person operating a motor vehicle within the city shall so accelerate the same as to cause audible noise by tire friction on pavement or so as to cause the tires of such vehicle to leave skid marks upon the pavement, except when such acceleration is reasonably necessary to avoid a collision.
