Sec. 16-26. - Wrapping.¶
Every person who is engaged in the manufacture and sale of bakery products selling directly to the consumer may display bread for sale in glass enclosed windows and showcases unwrapped, provided, however, that upon making any sale thereof such bread shall be completely wrapped when delivered to the purchaser; and, provided, further, that each and every person selling such bread shall comply with all of the requirements of this article relative to the handling of food products.
