Sec. 16-35. - Accumulation prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to suffer, permit or allow any refuse, garbage, vegetable culls, cannery wastes, filth or dirt of any kind, character, or description to accumulate or remain upon any premises in the city.

Sec. 16-36. - Deposit, etc., of cannery wastes prohibited.

No cannery wastes, cannery refuse or garbage shall be deposited, stored or transported in bulk onto any premises in the city.

Sec. 16-37. - Limitation on deposits, etc., of vegetable culls or wastes.

No vegetable culls or vegetable wastes shall be deposited, stored, or transposed in bulk onto any premises except in such quantities as can be and as are eaten by livestock within forty-eight hours. Such materials shall not be deposited on any premises solely for disposal purposes. Any such materials remaining on the ground after said forty-eight-hour period shall be removed or plowed under immediately.
