2.15.240 Effective date.

The registration, reporting and other requirements of this chapter shall apply to lobbying occurring on or after October 1, 2003. Lobbying that occurs prior to October 1, 2003, and payment for lobbying services rendered prior to October 1, 2003, whether made prior to or after October 1, 2003, shall not be considered for purposes of the registration, reporting and other requirements of this chapter.
