§ 2.78.910. Recruiting and Training Standards.¶
Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 2 and 3, Chapter 5, of Title 7, Part 3 of the Penal Code (Sections 6035 through 6043, inclusive), while receiving any state aid pursuant to said Article 2, Sacramento County will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California State Board of Corrections respecting the recruitment and training of deputy probation officers and local corrections officers.
