§ 2.80.010. Applicability of State Law.¶
The provisions of Section 31725.5 of the Government Code shall be applicable in the County.

§ 2.80.020. Enforcement.¶
The provisions of Section 31725.5 shall be implemented by the Sacramento County Retirement Board, and the provisions shall be applicable to persons who are retired for disability both before and after August 24, 1966.
