§ 2.38.010. Established.¶
There is established a board of zoning appeals which shall be composed of the offices of the County Planning Commission.

§ 2.38.020. Duties.¶
The board of zoning appeals shall hear and decide appeals from decisions of County officers and boards as determined by the Board of Supervisors of Sacramento County.

§ 2.38.030. Conduct of Business.¶
The board of zoning appeals shall adopt such rules and procedures which it deems necessary or convenient for the conduct of its business. It shall keep a record of its resolutions and determinations.

§ 2.38.040. Officers.¶
The chairperson and vice-chairperson of the County Planning Commission shall serve as the chairperson and vice-chairperson of the Board of zoning appeals.

§ 2.38.050. Compensation.¶
Members of the Board of zoning appeals shall be compensated in the same manner for attendance at meetings as planning commissioners. Members shall not be compensated if a meeting of the zoning board of appeals is held on the same day and at the same place as a meeting of the County Planning Commission.
