Chapter 19.44 — LARGE AMUSEMENT COMPLEXES

The provisions of this chapter are intended to ensure that large amusement complexes as defined in Section 19.08.090(I)(7) are located at locations appropriate for the intensity of the use. (Ord. 5428 § 1, 2014)

No privately owned large amusement complex shall be located within 1,000 feet of the boundary of any residential zone, dwelling, church or school. (Ord. 5428 § 1, 2014)
