4.80.010 - Purpose.¶
This chapter adopts and establishes a fee authorized by law, which will allow the county to establish an electronic recording delivery system for the recording of specified digitized and digital electronic records.

4.80.020 - Authority.¶
The authority for the fee established herein is found in California Government Code Section 27397(c)(1).

4.80.030 - Fee.¶
The assessor-county clerk-recorder shall collect the following fee:
A. A fee of one dollar ($1.00) for each instrument that is recorded by the county.
