Sec. 11.55. - RESTRICTIONS ON ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS IN CERTAIN ZONING DISTRICTS:

No permit shall be issued by the Building Inspector for any new building or structure to be constructed in any zoning district where side yards are not required or on any lot in any district where, in fact, no side yard is proposed, unless all electric, communication and other similar services are so installed so as to be readily adaptable to receive underground service at such time as underground service is available.
