Sec. 9A.1. - PROHIBITED WITHIN CITY:¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to bury or inter or cause to be interred or buried the dead body of any person in any cemetery, graveyard or other public or private place whatsoever within the limits of the City.

Sec. 9A.2. - VIOLATION OF SECTION 9A.1 A NUISANCE; CITY COUNCIL TO ORDER ABATEMENT:¶
Any violation or attempted violation of the preceding Section is hereby found and determined to constitute a public nuisance, and the City Council may order the same abated or enjoined as such.

Sec. 9A.3. - PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF CHAPTER:¶
Any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable as provided in Section 1.7 of this Code.
