Sec. 20.150. - OFF-STREET PARKING METER RATES:¶
Parking meter rates for publicly controlled off-street parking facilities shall be established by resolution of the City Council.

Sec. 20.151. - PERMIT ISSUANCE:¶
A. The City Manager is hereby authorized to issue parking permits for use in all publicly owned or operated off-street parking lots and garages as needed to manage the public parking supply. A current schedule of available parking permits and their associated rates shall be available at the City Clerk's office. Permit parking rates and term of permits shall be established by resolution of the City Council.
B. The City Manager shall maintain a current and complete list of all City owned or operated parking facilities.
