Sec. 20.105. - DESIGNATED; PARKING RESTRICTIONS THEREIN:

In accordance with Section 20.106, and when appropriate signs have been erected, any vehicle parked on any of the streets, highways or offstreet parking facilities designated in this Section during the corresponding times indicated, shall be subject to removal, pursuant to the provisions of Section 20.107.

A. Bowspirit Drive: Both sides, from Compass Drive to Lanyard Drive: No parking at any time.

B. Bridge Parkway: Both sides, from Marine Parkway to Tiller Lane: No parking at any time.

C. El Camino Real:

  1. Northeasterly side, Broadway to Winklebleck Street: No parking at any time.

  2. Southwesterly side, from a point one hundred ninety-five feet (195′) south of the southerly line of Brewster Avenue to a point four hundred feet (400′) south of the southerly line of Broadway: No parking at any time.

  3. Northeasterly side, from Charter Street to Nottingham Avenue: No parking at any time.

  4. Northeasterly side, from a point sixty-two feet (62′) northwesterly of the centerline of Dumbarton Avenue to a point eighty-five feet (85′) southeasterly of the centerline of Dumbarton Avenue: No parking at any time.

  5. Southwesterly side, from a point seventy-five feet (75′) northwesterly of the centerline of Center Street to a point fifty feet (50′) southeasterly of the centerline of Center Street: No parking at any time.

  6. Southwesterly side, from the extension of the southeasterly line of Buckingham Avenue to Renato Court: No parking at any time.

  7. Northeasterly side, from Main Street to Lathrop Street: No parking at any time.

  8. Southwesterly side, from a point three hundred twenty-five feet (325′) northwesterly of the centerline of Oak Avenue to Redwood Avenue: No parking at any time.

  9. Southwesterly side, from a point eighty feet (80′) northwesterly from the centerline of Harrison Avenue to a point one hundred forty feet (140′) southeasterly from the centerline of Jefferson Avenue: No parking at any time.

  10. Northeasterly side, from a point one hundred seventy-five feet (175′) northwesterly from the centerline of Jefferson Avenue to a point one hundred seventy-five feet (175′) southeasterly from the centerline of Wilson Street: No parking at any time.

D. Jefferson Avenue:

  1. Northwesterly side, from Adams Street to a point two hundred ten feet (210′) northeasterly from the centerline of El Camino Real: No parking at any time.

  2. Southeasterly side, from a point one hundred forty-five feet (145′) southwesterly from the centerline of El Camino Real to Franklin Street: No parking at any time.

E. Marine Parkway: Both sides, from a point six hundred forty feet (640′) westerly of Twin Dolphin Parkway to Bridge Parkway: No parking at any time.

F. Peninsula Parkway: Both sides, from a point two hundred feet (200′) southwesterly of Bridge Parkway to Shell Parkway: No parking at any time.

G. Shell Parkway: Both sides, from Peninsula Parkway to Davit Lane: No parking at any time.

H. Intersection of Arguello Street and Bradford Streets: Arguello Street extending from Marshall Street to a point approximately five hundred thirty feet (530') northwest toward Brewster Avenue, and on Bradford Street from Arguello Street to a point approximately one hundred fifty feet (150') northeast (mid-block) toward Warren Street. No parking from two o'clock (2:00) A.M. through three o'clock (3:00) P.M. Saturday, including holidays, April through November of every week of said months.

Sec. 20.106. - USE OF ZONES; INFORMATION TO BE SHOWN ON SIGNS:

No person shall park any vehicle on any street, highway or offstreet parking facility or any portion thereof, designated in Section 20.105 when signs are in place designating the street, highway or offstreet parking facility or such portion thereof as a tow-away zone. When such signs are in place designating a street, highway or a portion thereof, as a two-away zone, the area adjacent to the curb shall be used exclusively as a traffic lane for moving traffic during the hours designated on the signs.

Every sign erected pursuant to this Section shall indicate the hours during which parking is prohibited, that any vehicle in violation thereof shall be towed away, and the telephone number where information concerning vehicles towed away may be obtained.

Sec. 20.107. - RIGHT TO REMOVE UNLAWFULLY PARKED VEHICLES; NOTICE TO POLICE DEPARTMENT…

Any vehicle parked in violation of Section 20.106 may be removed pursuant to the provisions of section 22650 et seq. of the Vehicle Code of the State.

In addition to any notice required by such section, the person causing the removal of any vehicle pursuant to this Section shall immediately notify the Police Department of the City of the fact of the removal, the vehicle type, the vehicle license plate number and the owner's name if it can be ascertained.
