Sec. 8.16. - BICYCLE LOCKER FEES:¶

Bicycle lockers shall be rented for periods of six (6) months. The fee for such rental shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for such period. A person using a bicycle locker for such period shall be required to deposit five dollars ($5.00) as security for return of the key. The Department of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to develop procedures to implement the rental of such bicycle lockers.
