Sec. 34.3. - TO BE USED ONLY IN MOBILE HOME AND TRAILER PARKS; PARKING:¶
A. It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or use any trailer for living or sleeping purposes, unless such trailer is either located in a trailer park or is being used as an office for a construction project, a circus or carnival while such activities are being conducted.
B. It shall be unlawful for any person to occupy or use any mobile home for living or sleeping purposes, unless such mobile home is located in a mobile home park or is being used as an office for a construction project, a circus or carnival while such activities are being conducted.
C. No trailer or mobile home, regardless of size or type, shall be parked in a public right-of-way or parked so that it takes up or blocks a required automobile parking space or loading space for more than forty-eight (48) hours.

Sec. 34.4. - TRAILER OCCUPANCY:¶
A. To prevent overcrowding, there shall be provided a minimum of forty-eight (48) square feet in each room used as a bedroom for the first two (2) occupants and thirty-two (32) square feet additional for each additional occupant.
B. The living room, if used as a bedroom, shall be separated from the kitchen area by a curtain or partition.
C. Each room used for a bedroom shall have at least an area equal to one-eighth (⅛) of the foot area as window space. At least fifty percent (50%) of the windows shall be of a type that open in order to provide adequate ventilation.
D. Doors from the toilet room shall not open directly into the kitchen area.

Sec. 34.5. - REMOVAL OF WHEELS OR SIMILAR DEVICES:¶
The removal of wheels or similar transporting devices from any trailer or permanently fixing any trailer to the ground shall be construed as removing such trailer from the regulations of this Chapter and converting it into a dwelling; and it shall, thereupon, be subject to the requirements of the Building Code of the City and the State Housing Act.

Sec. 34.6. - ADDITIONS TO TRAILERS:¶
No cabanas, ramadas or lean-tos shall be permitted; except a movable, demountable awning may be attached to a trailer. Such awning shall be kept open at one side or end at all times.
