§ 8-31.01. Redevelopment plan implementation fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the redevelopment plan implementation fund.

§ 8-31.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all assets transferred from the Redevelopment Agency.

§ 8-31.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Assets in the redevelopment plan implementation fund shall be used for important municipal and other public purposes in accordance or consistent with the redevelopment plans for the South Bay Center, Aviation High School and Harbor Center project areas.
