§ 8-21.01. Storm drain improvement fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the storm drain improvement fund.

§ 8-21.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies received from the storm drain impact fee.

§ 8-21.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the storm drain improvement fund shall be used for National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) related implementation and enforcement costs.
