§ 8-20.01. AB 2928 Traffic Congestion Relief Fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as AB 2928 Traffic Congestion Relief Fund.

§ 8-20.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said Fund all moneys received from the State.

§ 8-20.03. Expenditures of Fund.¶
Moneys in AB 2928 Traffic Congestion Relief Fund shall be used to pay for maintenance and rehabilitation expenses as required under Bill AB 2928.
