§ 8-18.01. Information technology fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the information technology fund.

§ 8-18.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in such fund all monies received from user-departments within the City for information technology services costs.

§ 8-18.03. Expenditure of funds.¶
Monies in the information technology fund shall be used only to pay expenses incurred by the Information Technology Department in providing information technology services to all user-departments in the City.
