§ 8-37.01. Measure W fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the Measure W fund.

§ 8-37.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies received from the Los Angeles County Flood Control District parcel tax pursuant to Measure W.

§ 8-37.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the Measure W fund shall be used for storm water capture and storm runoff water quality improvement purposes.
