§ 8-35.01. Open space acquisition fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the open space acquisition fund.

§ 8-35.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies transferred from other funds to be set aside for the acquisition of land within the City to be used for open space purposes as directed by the City Council.

§ 8-35.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the open space acquisition fund shall be used to fund the purchase of land within the City to be used for open space purposes.
