§ 8-34.01. Major facilities reconstruction fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the major facilities reconstruction fund.

§ 8-34.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all monies transferred from other funds to be set aside for the replacement of City facilities as directed by the City Council.

§ 8-34.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the major facilities reconstruction fund shall be used to fund the replacement of City facilities.
