§ 8-33.01. Low and moderate income housing asset fund established.¶
There shall be in the treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the low and moderate income housing asset fund.

§ 8-33.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said fund all transferred housing assets of the dissolved Redevelopment Agency and funds generated from those housing assets.

§ 8-33.03. Expenditures of fund.¶
Monies in the low and moderate income housing asset fund shall be used for low and moderate income housing activities in accordance with the applicable housing-related provisions of the Community Redevelopment Law.
