§ 8-26.01. Measure R Fund established.¶
There shall be in the Treasury of the City a separate fund designated as the Measure R Fund.

§ 8-26.02. Deposits.¶
There shall be deposited in said Fund all monies received from the sales tax approved pursuant to Assembly Bill 2321, Measure R Ordinance of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority.

§ 8-26.03. Expenditures of Fund.¶
Monies in the Measure R Fund shall be used for public transportation purposes as defined in Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority's Measure R Local Return Guidelines.
